Currently we only deliver our products within Australia.

All our Pro Tredz orders are sent via Australia Post or Courier

Shipping Cost

Orders $0 – $60 = $8.95 – Standard Trackable Delivery

Orders $0 – $60 = $12.95 – Express Trackable Delivery

Orders $60 and over = FREE STANDARD Delivery – Standard & Trackable

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days.

Tracking

Every order is registered and given a unique tracking link which is emailed to the recipient when the parcel is dispatched.

Delivery

Typically, Standard Post\Courier will usually take 2-5 business days, but this will depend on your location.

Australia Post Express Post will usually take 1-2 days.
Remote areas may take longer.

RETURNS POLICY

Return Policy

We strive to make your shopping experience easy and pleasant on the Pro Tredz online store.
All items are thoroughly inspected before we send and are packaged with care.

Please refer closely to our sizing charts of Pro Tredz products to match the size that suits you. If the wrong size is ordered by you and you require an exchange, additional postage and handling charges will apply. No refunds are given if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision, there will be no refund of the original postage and return postage is at your expense.

Exchanges

Exchange of unworn Pro Tredz as a result of ordering the incorrect size is possible [subject to stock availability] providing the following:

  • Pro Tredz thongs need to be returned with proof of purchase within 14 days of the date of receipt of purchase.
  • They must be in the original condition you received them and must not have been worn.
  • All original materials must be returned, including all packaging and labelling.
  • All associated shipping costs [return and resend] are to be paid by you, the purchaser.
  • To ensure you receive your replacement pair – you must include a self-addressed pre-paid satchel in the same satchel as the product you are returning.
  • It is recommended all returns be sent via trackable or registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

 

If a shipping error has been made by Pro Tredz and the wrong size or colour has been supplied, Pro Tredz will cover all shipping costs associated with the exchange and replacement of goods. Pro Tredz will still require proof of purchase within 14 days of the date of receipt of purchase, the thongs must be in the original condition you received them, you must return all materials including all packaging and labelling and the thongs must not have been worn.

Returns

Pro Tredz will attempt to replace any defective thongs (subject to availability) or refund you for defective thongs (including reasonable shipping costs) provided that the return is arranged by emailing info@protredz.com, is returned to Pro Tredz with proof of purchase within 14 days of date of receipt of purchase, they must be in the original condition you received them, including all packaging and labelling and must not have been worn.

 

Pro Tredz holds the right to request a photographic image be emailed through to access product faults prior to a return.

 

When returning a faulty item, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. To ensure it is returned to us by the most reliable and preferred method of postage (registered post with tracking). Pro Tredz does not accept responsibility for lost or missing returned orders.

 

Only in the event of a faulty item is the return postage is paid for by Pro Tredz.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
